Meet Giorgio Linguanti, cheesemaker for That’s Amore Cheese and La Latteria over dinner.
Enjoy a beautiful dinner showcasing our cheese products and a demonstration by Giorgio in the art of stretched curd cheesemaking.

Just Arrived:
New Season Extra Virgin Olive Oil From 2 separate groves in North east Victoria Gianni has produced two delicate extra virgin Olive Oils. Available in 500ml bottles or you can bring your own bottle and have it filled in store.
Butter We are now stocking The Butter Factory, Myrtleford cultured butter. This butter is churned in small batches weekly and has a beautiful delicate flavour. Available in unsalted and lightly salted (using Mt Zero Salt).
Once we have a reliable source of pure cream we will churn our own butter again.
Marinated yoghurt cheese. Made with a blend of our cow's milk and buffalo milk yoghurt and then marinated in fresh parsley and thyme or mint and chilli. Great as an antipasto. Also now available Orange and Almond in Honey Syrup.
Butter Milk Also from The Butter Factory, Myrtleford, buttermilk is perfect for making pancakes, muffins and cakes and can also be used as a marinade for meats. Available in 300ml or 1L bottles.
Piacentino Our version of a classic Sicilian cheese. Flavoured with Saffron and Peppercorns and ready to eat at 1 week old this cheese has a unique flavour, slightly earthy spice form the saffron with the zing of peppercorns while still retainingthe sweetness of the cow's milk.
Caciocavallo As well as our traditional 2kg Caciocavallo Giorgio has also made a small batch of smaller (approx 1 Kg) Caciocavallo for the Christmas season. Great as a present for your favourite cheeselover. The caciocavallo can be kept whole for several months.

Our New Cheese Maturation Room As some people may have already seen our maturation room is near completion. Watch over the coming weeks as we start to add cheeses to this space, all visible from the street. Watch as the cheeses change over the life of their maturation before being sold in La Latteria.
